Dagenham threw away a two goal lead at home on Saturday when they allowed Tranmere to come back and take a share of the points in a 2-2 draw.

Neither side could break the deadlock in the 1st half, although it did not take Dagenham long to take the lead in the 2nd when Vindelot (52) put the hosts ahead. When Arber (71) added a second things were looking good for Dagenham.

Tranmere were not to be beaten though as Showunmi’s (78) goal gave them hope before Cresswell (88) equalised for the visitors with time running out to ensure the points were shared.
